Kim is a senior finance professional with over 10 years of experience in managing finance transformation projects of various sizes and complexity.

Recently Kim was the Finance Transformation Lead at Block Inc, managing strategic transformation for the global tax and treasury teams. Previous to Block, Kim led HR and Payroll transformation for Afterpay including the outsourcing of global payroll and development of processes and policies.

Kim was part of the Transformation team in this global payments company, leading the transformation specifically for Tax and Treasury. Working closely with each of the respective teams, Kim developed and executed on a transformation roadmap including implementation of new technologies, ensuring the business responded to changes in regulations and legislation in a timely manner, driving process efficiencies and supporting critical projects such as the implementation of a global liquidity solution for Treasury to realise significant cost and process improvements and free-up cash for re-investment.

A fast growing ASX Listed Fintech company needed to continuously review and transform its systems and processes to enable the business to scale. Kim led the scale and transformation of HR and Payroll, undertaking various initiatives including the outsourcing of global payroll, implementation of a global Human Resources Information System, internal audits and financial reporting.
