Evolvere assisted a startup that had grown organically to develop an operating model to guide its cost-effective scaling into North America and the UK. The team focused on designing a scalable model encompassing future potential growth plans of the business whilst addressing immediate priorities.

Using a co-design approach, the Evolvere team worked with the senior leadership team to document current pain points and develop a holistic strategy across people, policies, technology and data, over three time horizons to achieve the critical business objectives.

Our client, a firm specialising in software technology solutions, was seeking to accelerate its global expansion. Evolvere reviewed their operating model and ways of work and developed a strategic roadmap to achieve their growth objectives in an optimised way in line with their expansion strategy and horizons.

Part of this engagement was focused on supporting this business to define the key roles crucial to their growth journey, creating detailed position descriptions, and working with the Executive team to co-design a target-state internal culture within the company.

An iconic Australian mining company appointed Evolvere to review one of their larger contracts to identify cost efficiencies, automate reporting and propose an improved process for stronger governance.

The Evolvere team built an automated dashboard to render insights on the expenditure which enabled the client to understand the key drivers which would assist in reducing costs. The Evolvere team also performed an audit on the governance of the contract to identify gaps and improvement opportunities to support the optimisation of the monthly expenditure process.

A growing Australian fintech company needed to review and rationalise their technology stack. Over the years, this company had accumulated multiple duplicated SaaS products to support capabilities, leading to higher licensing costs and IT administration.

The Evolvere team worked closely with IT and documented all the SaaS products, aligned each to business capabilities and then decided on target state. Our team also defined a governance structure with IT and Procurement to manage future SaaS purchases and avoid the recurrence of the issue.

A rapidly growing business looking to scale internationally needed assistance with ensuring their operational infrastructure could support this scaling.

We undertook a current state review of the maturity of their core functions across People, Processes, Data, Policies and Systems and built a prioritised iterative roadmap to ensure the business was ready in 12 months . This roadmap included gap fit analysis of their policies, review of their organisational structure and re-alignment of roles, key executive reporting and communications.

Christine Blyth (CPA, GAICD) - Founder and Director

Christine Blyth, founder of Evolvere, has over 25 years of expertise in Finance and Transformation within the Technology sector. Throughout her career, she has guided businesses of various sizes through phases of organic and inorganic growth.

Christine served as the Global Head of Transformation and Technology at Afterpay Limited and Block Inc. Joining Afterpay in its early stages in 2018, she orchestrated strategies for rapid expansion. At Block, she managed the global scaling of the finance function across five distinct brands, including Accounting, FP&A, Tax, Procurement, and Treasury.

Christine is also an active speaker and mentor, committed to empowering women in the technology industry.

Audrey Corish (MBA, LSS) - Business Transformation Lead

Audrey Corish leads the Business Transformation practice with extensive experience in transformation and operational excellence within the Financial Services sector. She has worked across fintech and wealth management, establishing process management frameworks and operational excellence functions at PayPal, Afterpay, and Block.

A passionate advocate for process excellence methodologies, Audrey enjoys coaching team members on business process management benefits and techniques. She is skilled in conducting discovery and design workshops and has worked across multiple functions, including Finance, Operations, Merchant Services, Product Development, Risk, Legal, and Compliance.

Hailing from Baltimore, Maryland in the U.S., Audrey now calls Melbourne home.

Kim Cowan (CPA)- Finance & Business Transformation Lead

Kim Cowan is a finance professional with over 10 years of experience in accounting, HR, and finance operations. Throughout her career, she has been involved in policy development, internal audits, outsourcing services, and implementing Enterprise Resource Planning software.

Driven by curiosity, Kim explores the intricacies of business challenges with a people-first approach, understanding the unique complexities of each organisation. She is dedicated to fostering a proactive culture of change, guiding teams through transitions, and supporting the successful implementation of strategic initiatives.

Amber Allder - Head of Programs

Amber is a project management professional with over 15 years of experience working across multiple industries in various project management, chief of Staff and Executive Assistant roles.

Amber has exceptional strategic planning abilities and has successfully led numerous complex projects to completion ensuring timely delivery and exceeding client expectations.

Outside of work you can find Amber teaching Pilates Reformer and group fitness classes around Melbourne and the Inner North.
