The Challenge

A fintech company had outgrown their incumbent HR system, and its scalability was being held back by lack of integration between HR and Payroll, extensive manual processes and work around impacting employee experience, a fractured onboarding with HR and payroll impacting on the new employee experience and the inability of the CPO to gain critical insights.

Our Approach

We mapped out the target employee experience to inform the processes and systems we needed to address the pain points. We then undertook a market scan to identify new technologies that would provide a seamless experience from HR to Finance, and implemented two new systems. We fully automated the integration from HR through to payroll and Finance to eliminate manual work around, and generated automated dashboards for the Head of People. Finally we outsourced payroll to reduce risk and to support global scale.
