Christine is a senior Finance and Operations Executive, with 20+ years of experience in supporting fast paced companies scale effectively.

Recently, Christine was the Global Head of Transformation and Operational Excellence for Afterpay Ltd, and led the scaling of Afterpay’s operational infrastructure to support its growth from $250M turnover to its eventual sale for US$29B. Upon the acquisition of Afterpay by Block Inc., Christine led Block’s transformation, IT and Engineering teams to drive the integration of its multiple acquisitions and operational efficiency.

Finance Transformation I Global Payments Company

Christine developed and established a Finance Transformation Office for this global payments company encompassing all areas of finance including FP&A, Financial Control, Tax, Treasury and Procurement. The Transformation Office consisted of Product Engineering, IT engineering, Internal Transformation Consultants, Business Analysts and a Program Management Office of Project and Change Managers. ROI of $18M was generated in the first year from automation, implementation of new systems and dashboards, streamlined processes and development of new operating models.

Business Transformation I Global Fintech Company

A fast growing ASX Listed Fintech company was seeking to grow both organically and inorganically. Christine and her team developed and implemented a three year transformation and operational excellence program that enabled this company to grow 10x across US, UK, France, Spain and Germany. The program included the implementation of a Finance ERP and BI tools, implementation of a Human Resource Information System, establish and implement a global Procurement function, outsourcing payroll, integration of acquired companies, implementation of a travel management system and development of various policies.

Upon acquisition of this company, Christine partnered with the purchasing companies team to develop and implement an integration plan across HR, Finance and Business Systems.

Transformation I Global Professional Services Company

Christine led the scale-up of this global professional services company as it expanded into UK and US. This included implementing a Finance ERP and BI tool, implementing a timesheet system to provide critical insights on client and consultant profitability, implementing Board reporting, and implementing a HRIS and formal performance management process. Christine also led the consulting team on a two-year transformation project for a Global client in London, with the transformation program being shortlisted for a global Service Design award.
