Kim was part of the Transformation team in this global payments company, leading the transformation specifically for Tax and Treasury. Working closely with each of the respective teams, Kim developed and executed on a transformation roadmap including implementation of new technologies, ensuring the business responded to changes in regulations and legislation in a timely manner, driving process efficiencies and supporting critical projects such as the implementation of a global liquidity solution for Treasury to realise significant cost and process improvements and free-up cash for re-investment.
